XCloud Search & Product Filter

This is a very helpful plugin that will increase your store's functionality and will enable customers to filter the products on your pages.
What is more, we recently updated our store with a new plugin and the filter would not shop up.
We contacted support and within one day they replied and fixed the issue.
Overall, we have been using this plugin for years and along with its support we believe that it is an excellent solution for every store.

In my opinion, this is the best Search and Product Filter app.
Before deciding on Cloud Search & Product Filter, we compared several other apps as well, and evaluated all based on functions, capabilities and price. They either didn't have the functions we needed, or were too expensive. Eventually we decided to work with Cloud Search & Product Filter for our website and never looked back. It has all the functions we need, looks great and the price is very reasonable for what we get in return.
In addition, every time we contact them we get outstanding support from their support team.

Mixed Feelings on Utility and Pricing

The app is equipped with a range of useful features that potentially enhance user experience and operational efficiency. However, the actual impact on convenience and conversion rates remains under evaluation, as we are still determining how these features translate into tangible benefits. On the downside, the app is relatively expensive compared to its competitors. Recent price increases have further diminished its attractiveness, making it a less viable option for those seeking cost-effective solutions.

I would highly recommend this app for adding collection filters and updating the search page. We have 1000s of skus with multiple tags and hidden collections so we appreciate being able to choose what options become filters and which can be hidden. We had a few issues with design and customization which the team was able to quickly help with and fix. Highly recommend! Thank you!

I would definitely recommend this app. Very helpful and powerful search tool for our customers making the purchase experience much easier and increasing the sales. Great customer support, they developed a bespoken change just for our site. Thank you!

First, I must say that this app actually works as designed. It is easy to use and it is all I needed for filtering my store products. The support team is superb! Nikita is amazing and super fast to assist and even demonstrate how to do certain tasks. I recommend this to everyone! Worth every bit of it.

I am thrilled with the incredibly efficient and swift assistance we received from Nikita. We had been struggling with an issue caused by another app "Search and Discovery," where our filters would automatically refresh every time a customer selected a size, greatly frustrating our customers. This app resolved the issue immediately. When I reached out for further assistance, I received a prompt response within 2 minutes. It's truly effective, and I have no doubt that our customers will greatly appreciate this solution. Highly recommended!

La aplicación es genial, la función de los filtros con las etiquetas es super práctica, sobre todo cuando tienes muchos artículos.
Si tienes algún problema el equipo de incidencias te responde enseguida dándote solución. Lo recomiendo 100%.

This app works SO well. It is much simpler than competing apps in that it doesn't overtake your collections, but simply works within them. The support is unparalleled - with Nikita helping me through every step of getting us up and running. He was quick to reply, knowledgeable, and definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were in great shape! 10/10 recommend!

Very useful app - and extremely good and competent customer service! They were responsive and able to customize the search functionality to our purpose within a few hours. We just started using the app and I love the presentation of the search results and the speediness of the app!
