Extremely easy to setup and use. Very fast search functionality with a good feature set. Ability to integrate custom filters into your existing product pages with three types of integration styles to choose from. Very good price for the features you are getting and excellent customer support.
Instant Search & Smart Filters app has a great search function. The added filter does not change your product grid layout & it fits seamlessly into your theme. Customer support is very responsive, friendly & knowledgeable. App does not slow down site (my site has a lot of apps so it's a little slow on its own). Great App!!!
Great for a free app, however its "visually horrible" looking. The instant search results dont work well in mobile, and if you have a large product catalog they dont let you really see everything.
However, this would work great for very small storefronts with minimal products. For larger E-commerce webstores, this doesnt cut the mustard.
We are sorry that our mobile view didn't meet your expectations. CloudSearch is a new app and our team is constantly working to add new features to our tool. I am happy to report that we have updated the mobile experience and hope that our update now meets your needs.
We would love to speak with you about your search experience, we tried to contact you via email but didn't get a response. We welcome your feedback.
This is by far the best app in the store. For customer experience and engagement, there is nothing better I have found. Do yourself a favor and get this functioning on your store
I have been using XCloud Search & Product Filter across my multiple stores, and I can honestly say it has been one of the most reliable apps I’ve ever installed. The search function is fast and accurate, and the product filter works seamlessly even with large catalogs. It makes it so much easier for my customers to find exactly what they are looking for, which directly improves conversions and overall shopping experience.
Another aspect I truly appreciate is their customer service. Whenever I had a question or needed help, the support team responded quickly and kindly, often going above and beyond to make sure everything was set up just right. It’s rare to find a team that combines speed, professionalism, and friendliness so well.
Overall, this app has been a game changer for my business. If you’re running multiple stores or simply want a dependable search and filtering solution with outstanding support, I highly recommend XCloud.
