I use Cloud Search on two stores and it works great on both. We have seen increased revenue from these searches as compared to the native Shopify search. Plus, their customer support is top notch!
They are always so fast to respond and have helped with so many edits to make this app feel like it was built for my store. I tried every other filter app in the shopify app store ( literally every single one ) and kept coming back to this one as all the others caused major issues. Save yourself some time and get this app :)
Does exactly what I wanted with it, let's people find the size they need for their kids without having them go thru products that aren't available for their desired size.
Very easy to install, excellent customer service, and our sales went up, like way up, when we installed this app.
We sell map stuff, so search is REALLY important because the customer has to find the right map for the product. This makes it intuitive and really easy for the customer.
Thank you for your review! It's incredible to hear that our app has contributed to a significant increase in your sales. We're thrilled that the search feature is making a difference for your customers. Your success is our reward! If you have any further questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Best,
I had an issue with my search function and the support team was able to fix it in less than 24 hours. They were very responsive and kept me updated throughout the process. I’m very happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend it to others.”
I have used it now for more than 2 years.
Great app! The suggestive search and many filter options are a huge boost for our business. With close to 50,000 skus, many search apps could not handle our store size, but this app has been the answer. The support team was fantastic as well, they solved an issue I had in less than a day after reaching out. Friendly, responsive team. Would recommend!
Fantastic response time and great support when ever any issues arise.
We LOVE this app for our large catalog store! We need to filter in SO many different ways on specific pages by collection and this app is perfect. Plus Nikita is a gem and is always SO helpful!
Absolutely brilliant App & outstanding support
The search and product filter work great and their support team, Nikita, was fast and had a quick solution. Highly recommend.
