XCloud Search & Product Filter

Implemented this app because we noticed our in theme search wasn't that great and felt we may be missing out on sales because customers couldn't find what they were looking for. I've had CloudSearch running for a few days now and so far its GREAT. Exactly what we wanted. We have just over 2500 products in our store and it only took a few minutes to set up. Tested it on a variety of different browsers and mobile, works great on all. :)

This app is a huge improvement over the standard Shopify search. The correct products are immediately displayed with prices after just a few keystrokes, even if misspelled. The developer team was very helpful in getting the app to also include custom meta fields. I especially appreciate the weekly email report showing which terms were matched to existing products and which terms customers are searching for but for which we don't have products available yet.

Perfect integration with our theme and does not add any lag to site speed. We have tested all the other search apps and they all feel cheap and slow down our website. Google penalizes websites with slow pages. After using the app for some time we requested additional CSS and responsive customizations and the support team did it all within 1 day. We hope in the future as this app grows (it will/its the best) the support will remain as fantastic as they are today :)

I was looking for an filter app for a very long time! But non of them really fitted even after a lot of work from the develepors side. Most of the time I lost the unit prices due to those apps. Then I found Cloud Search! Right after installing the app everything worked very well. Due to the great support of Nikita small issues were solved very fast. Thank you so much again. Very important: This is the first app I found that not effects the collection pages of my theme :)

I have been using this app for some time, and it is outstanding - the support is equally impressive. They helped me tweak a feature to better fit my application. Lightning fast, with a ton of options. I love this app!! My second "update" on a review of this app - it is simply the best - light years above any other predictive search and chock full of useful features while maintaining a clean elegant appearance - my highest recommendation for this app and the developer !!

I've never left a review for an app, and this is not a fake review, but this app is perfect. I used another app and it almost ruined my site. I needed a simple and affordable solution for when people use the search bar and this is nice, neat, not to much, not to little and it's really helped my business. I can't thank these guys enough, for really making a solution that helps my business. Can't wait to see what these guys come out with next! THANK YOU TEAM CLOUD SEARCH!!!!

This app has been superb to help our customers navigate through our site via both search and filter tools. We've gotten the best possible service from Nikita, who's been helping out with both design and technical changes. Normally he answers within a couple of hours and fixes each problem right away!

We could easily set up conditions with tags, product types etc to make the filtering fit for our needs and products. Really recommend this app for both smaller and bigger companies!

This is the first Search app I've installed that's worked out of the box, without breaking the theme, simply not working, or providing WAY too much functionality that the search simply becomes annoying to use. This app provides instant search, search suggestion, the option to increase/decrease the size of the search (twofold/one fold) which more expensive apps either couldn't do, or made it difficult to do. Thanks guys. Appreciate the refined, simple design versus other bloated search apps.

The app itself is pretty good and smooth. But the customer service is sometimes a little slow to respond. But they take feedback quite well. I have been working to get my store online www.lil-lollipop.com and same sizes were showing twice in drop-down, got the solution from the team. :) After giving it a 5 star rating i am reviewing it to 3 star. Though the app works as advertised a major flaw is when viewing on mobile the filters do not move with the page. There should be an option to place the filters at the bottom of the page. App works great now. I had some trouble getting it visible on my site (due to some code left behind by another search app). I contacted support and thought i might had to wait for the weekend to be over to get a response but i was surprised by their very quick respons. Within minutes, Nikita had not only solved the problem caused by the other app, he also had the app up and running with some extra coding needed as i wanted it to the leftside of my site! Great! 5 stars for service alone, but app works great as well! Easy to use, no-nonsense app, that exactly does what you would expect.
