Clyvio ‑ Shoppable Reels

Clyvio has been a great addition to our Shopify store! It makes creating urgency around special deals much easier with its countdown timer, and the post-purchase offers give us another opportunity to introduce customers to more products. The interface is straightforward, performance is smooth, and managing promotions takes very little effort.

Disappointing experience with the developer’s responsiveness and branding flexibility.

While the app’s shoppable video carousel seems ok, I am unhappy with the “Powered by FutureTechiez” attribution displayed on my storefront. I have contacted the developer multiple times requesting its removal, as I want to maintain a clean, premium brand experience, but I have received no response.

I have also seen similar shoppable reel sections on other websites without a visible attribution, which makes the lack of clarity and communication even more frustrating.

As a business owner, I expect transparent information about branding restrictions and responsive support when I raise a concern. Unfortunately, my experience so far has fallen short of those expectations.

I would recommend that other merchants clarify the attribution policy and available removal options before committing to this app.
