Excellent Advanced COD app with strong agent support

This Advanced COD app has significantly improved our COD order verification and conversion rate. The features are well thought out, easy to configure, and very effective in reducing fake and unconfirmed COD orders. The automation, conditional COD rules, and verification flow work smoothly without affecting customer experience.

What really stands out is the agent support team. They are professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Whenever we had setup questions or needed customization help, the agents handled it quickly and clearly. Their follow-ups and guidance make the app even more valuable.

Superb Support and Seamless Integration

We had an outstanding experience thanks to Sabeeh's amazing support! Not only were we able to configure the entire app within just minutes, but we also managed to create intuitive flows in Shopify Flow to proactively reduce losses. Sabeeh made the whole process straightforward and smooth, ensuring everything worked perfectly. A huge thank you, Sabeeh, for your expertise and assistance!

the only app that fixed a big problem i had moved COD to my first option that increased my conversion rate since my country like COD ! and no need to be on shopify plus plan!
