Amazing app! The support team is very helpful and responsive. The app works really well and has made our COD verification process much smoother. We genuinely recommend this app to other Shopify merchants. You should definitely give it a try!
Great app with an excellent support team. Easy to set up, works well for COD order verification, and has helped streamline our order processing. Highly recommended
I've had a great experience with Hillteck COD Orders Verification. Their services have helped me significantly reduce my RTO, which has made a noticeable difference to my business. The support team is also excellent—always responsive and helpful. A special thanks to Tanu for the outstanding assistance.
The Service is great and their team is very helpful with the onboarding process. We were facing a lot of RTO issues in manually confirming the call, and the IVR + WhatsApp feature has been really effective in solving that for our business.
Nice service and Support..

The app has helped us reduce fake COD orders and improve our order confirmation workflow. What really stands out is the support team—they respond quickly, are knowledgeable, and are willing to help with custom requirements when needed.
A great platform for order confirmation calls. The customized voice feature works seamlessly and has significantly helped in reducing RTO. The system is reliable, user-friendly, and the absence of a mandatory monthly fee makes it even better.

Good to start with. It helped cancel COD orders that might be RTO.
The best part was that there is no fixed monthly cost.
