When an order comes in, the merchant sees its risk level and the reasons behind it, so they can confirm, hold, or cancel the order before paying for fulfillment. Merchants record delivery outcomes — delivered, returned, unreachable, or cancelled — to track recovery rate, return rate, and cash-on-delivery exposure in one place.
