We've tried multiple COD verification apps, and COD Guard has been the best experience so far. It's affordable, easy to configure, and the support team is genuinely responsive. When we reported an issue, they responded quickly and resolved it much faster than we expected.
Highly recommended for any Shopify store in India looking for a reliable, cost-effective COD verification app with excellent customer support.
Running a clothing D2C brand without COD isn't realistic in India. But managing returns on COD orders was killing us—RTOs, wrong size guesses, "not as pictured" rejections, customers who just wanted free shipping.
