We set to only allow to cancel within an hour, but customers are canceling a day later.
Can't find the support email and their chat is down.
Hi we are sorry that you did not get a fast reply, because of the time difference, it was night here and we already solved this now.
It's a amazing app, support is also good..
Thank you very much for such kind words! 😊 We are so happy to know that you are loving Codify - Order Cancel and we were able to assist you through our customer support team. Our aim was always to provide you with an easy to use Shopify order cancelation app. We hope to be of more assistance to you in growing your store. Thank you!
Hi, i added it to the online store page but the button is not showing up, can you help me please?
Super friendly, helpful support team! Cannot ask for a better experience!
Thank you for your review! We appreciate your support. 🙌
I have my orders set to authorize payment only and when the person cancelled the order it processed the payment before giving refund leaving me to have to pay the credit card fees on this cancelled order. Shopify does not refund processing fees. Thankfully it was a small order but nonetheless I lost money on this transaction.
Thanks for your review. Our app only cancels orders, it doesn’t capture payments or control Shopify’s transaction fees. The payment was automatically captured and refunded by Shopify based on your payment settings, which is why the processing fee wasn’t returned. so this is not app issue at all.
If you’d like, we can check the specific order and help explain what happened. Please reach out to us anytime, we’re here to help.
Initially the app doesn't work when Flexport is used for fulfillment. I reachout to app support, but support is very bad. They tooks ages to respond me on my query. However, I was able to resolve the issue quickly with our in-house developer.
Great app! Such a breeze to set up and get going. Good amount of options to set and restrict cancellation of orders and editing of orders. Really fills a basic need for our customers.
Great app and support team!
After comparing several order cancellation apps, we decided to go with Codify. We're very satisfied with our decision.
Since implementing this app, our customers have been able to cancel their orders directly from their My Page using the intuitive UI.
Codify has effectively improved both the user experience and our support workflow.
When we faced some issues, the support team kindly helped us and assisted in implementing the exact update we needed. Thank you again!
Thank you :)
I wanted a cancel order option for my customers to have more control over their order experience on our site. I found Codify Order Cancel and it fits perfectly for what I was looking for. I'm not tech savvy at all so I asked for help installing the app and widgets to get them integrated into my site perfectly and Brijesh was so helpful, friendly and professional. The app set up looks and works great! Great job!!
Thank you!!
Thank you; I'm glad the app is useful to you.
