Terrible customer service. We had more than 50 collaborators and paid for the highest membership. I had messaged the same issue multiple times always got different team members and my issue was never resolved. i do not recommend this app. We did provide examples for the team to investigate I was told their customer service emails and the platform got lost which is why I never received a message back.
Hello, Geometry Wholesale team!
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're truly sorry that your experience with CollabPay did not meet your expectations, especially after trusting us with your business and choosing our highest-tier plan.
We would like to kindly notice that our team made several attempts to investigate and resolve the issue by requesting additional details, as we were unable to reproduce the problem on our side. Unfortunately, we never received the information needed to continue the investigation.
Our team would still be more than happy to work with you to investigate the issue and find a solution if you're willing to give us another opportunity. We remain committed to helping our merchants succeed and would welcome the chance to make things right.
Best regards,
CollabPay Team
quite tricky to setup, ui needs work, also i think it should be clearly stated that you cannot easily automatically pay collaborators out via paypal its not a feature on paypal by default you have to contact them and be approved, the alternative for payouts (stripe) is extremely complicated to setup.
Also i am based in australia and i thought i would make the payouts in my collaborators local currency but the conversions dont work properly and instead its giving them my local total in their currency which is incorrect.
Hello Matik Design team!
Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback — we really appreciate it.
We’re sorry to hear that the setup process felt tricky and that the UI didn’t meet your expectations. We’re actively working on improving clarity and ease of use across the platform.
We also understand that Stripe Connect can feel complex, especially for international setups, and we’re reviewing how we can streamline that experience as well.
Regarding payouts to collaborators in their local currency from Australia, we know this can be confusing, and we’re working on providing clearer guidance and more flexible options in the future.
Thanks again for your honesty — feedback like this helps us improve.
If you’d like help getting everything set up, we’re always here to support you.
Our support team is here for you 24/7.
Kind regards,
CollabPay team
I've been having issues with currency conversion. My shop is in CAD and I'm doing payouts to a collaborator in USD. The app is calculating the amount based on the CAD value, and is doing the payout in USD without converting the value, resulting in overpayment. I've reached out several times to the support team and they haven't helped at all and are even ignoring my emails now
Edit: I finally got a defensive email from you on August 7, when you noticed the 3-star review...I replied to your email earlier today with screenshots of the two follow-up emails I sent on July 22 and July 30 that you never replied to.
We're sorry that you've had such experience with our app.
We would like to note that the very first and the very last message was received from you on 16/07/2025.
Since then, we have not received any messages, all data has been checked - no other requests found.
What concerns reported issue described in the review. Our team notified you that the issue is going to be addressed to our developers for further investigation. Currently, it is under development and we are working to find the resolution. You were also provided with a temporary solution.
If you have any queries or issues you are currently facing with, please do let us know so we could provide you with proper assistance.
We'd be glad to clarify this misunderstanding as soon as possible.
Looking forward to your reply!
Best regards,
CollabPay team
