If you want to lose business, hurt the relationship you have with possible influencers and allow Shopify to charge you up to $10,000 while holding the funds and not paying influencers for over 6 weeks - then download this trash of an app. It has been the worse decision my business ever made. Please please please do not make the mistake of EVER using this.
My account apparently got hacked by someone after the app was downloaded. Some started posting their content connected to my store.
I will reconsider my review when "influencers" can be rated and reported for failing to comply with agreed terms. I do not want to give free gifts to random individuals and then be ghosted!!!
Hey there, thanks for the review. I can certainly see the benefit of allowing merchants to rate the influencer that they have worked with. I am going to provide this as a suggestion to our developers of the application. With that being said, it is possible to create a contract that outlines the expectations for the work that the influencer will carry out. I would suggest seeking legal advice when drafting the contract. -Ollie, Shopify Support
So Shopify! What is your suggestion for a new business that wants to grow and work with collars that doesn't meet the "$10K in sales in the last 12 months." This is a barrier for new shops!
Thank you!
Denise
Hi There,
Jason here from Shopify support, thank you for taking the time to install and use the Collabs channel on your store and leave a review. This is a great question and I'm going to follow up with you over email to open up the lines of communication to share more information about all of the other features Collabs offers to help you work with creators.

Worked very well for my shorts business. I got a lot of sales through this.
