It's a horrible app. just scammers making money off our already recurring commissions and our existing customers.

Thank you for writing your review and for sharing with us how you feel Shopify Collabs can be improved. We appreciate your feedback and hope to continue improving the app over time. -Victor, Shopify Support
this app continued to charge me after deleting it from my store!!
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. While Shopify Collabs is completely free to use for merchants and creators (https://shopify.link/d6DD), there may be a commission processing fee that's applied on some orders earned by affiliates. However, if you believe there's been a mistake on your Shopify invoice, then we'd be happy to take a closer look at your account. Please visit the Shopify Help Center (https://shopify.link/vRnL) and join us on a live chat. Cheers. -Elias, Shopify Support
*Very basic*
The "influencers" do not have a rating or any accountability. This is an app for random people to get free stuff
Thank you for taking the time and sharing this review. While all the creators in our network are fully vetted, it's important to set expectations with influecners during the application process. We appreciate your feedback and will be sure to share it with our teams. Cheers. -Elias, Shopify Support
This is the worst app I have come across. Nothing is clear what needs to be done and how to work with it.

Best app out there for Influencer Marketing! Mike and the Dovetale team are all super helpful and responsive.
10/10 great app easy to use. I used another Affiliate / Collab program and the app got hacked. Its a great app
We use Dovetale to supplement our influencer program and have had a great experience. The team is very helpful!
I cannot invite any creator, as my .csv file isn't recognised... Also, where can we join your customer support ?!
