The app is terribly slow, like dial up internet slow. However, you'll be waiting even longer for a content creator to actually review your product. I've had this app for over a year, and there is very little engagement, the search function is weak, and have had zero return. There is nothing to protect the sellers. Many fake creators wanting free stuff.

I understand the app is functioning at a slow pace on your end. This may occur if there is a significant amount of information that is stored on the app. I would like our Support team to take a look into this and see if we're able to replicate. You can access support by going to your Collabs Dashboard and clicking the 'Get Support' section. 'Get Support' can be found by clicking on the three-dot menu in the upper right-hand side.
In regard to content creator(s) reviewing products, you can try looking into creating contracts that outline the expectations for the work the creator will carry out. We recommend seeking legal advice when drafting any type of contract. -Victoria, Shopify Support.
Gating the entry to collab network with minimum sales criteria of 10K USD (It is equivalent to 800,000 INR) for India based business is pretty steep. This should be revisited for Non-US business

I'm sorry to hear about your recent concerns with the Collabs Network requirements, this is the newest addition to the Collabs app and currently only available to the USA, Canada, and UK. If you want to lose business, hurt the relationship you have with possible influencers and allow Shopify to charge you up to $10,000 while holding the funds and not paying influencers for over 6 weeks - then download this trash of an app. It has been the worse decision my business ever made. Please please please do not make the mistake of EVER using this.
My account apparently got hacked by someone after the app was downloaded. Some started posting their content connected to my store.
I will reconsider my review when "influencers" can be rated and reported for failing to comply with agreed terms. I do not want to give free gifts to random individuals and then be ghosted!!!
Hey there, thanks for the review. I can certainly see the benefit of allowing merchants to rate the influencer that they have worked with. I am going to provide this as a suggestion to our developers of the application. With that being said, it is possible to create a contract that outlines the expectations for the work that the influencer will carry out. So Shopify! What is your suggestion for a new business that wants to grow and work with collars that doesn't meet the "$10K in sales in the last 12 months." This is a barrier for new shops!
