It is not supported to Palo Alto Theme
It’s surprising to receive a 1-star rating for something that’s out of our control. Our app is fully compatible with all popular themes, and we even offer customization to support unique themes like Palo Alto. However, your theme support team hasn’t responded to our requests to resolve the issue.
If we’re not given the chance to fix it, we don’t think it’s fair to blame us. That said, thank you for your feedback. We wish you the best
