Great Helpdesk with amazing AI features. The team is incredibly helpful and supportive with onboarding and set up. 10/10!

They have a great support team that will walk you through as many steps as needed if you ever have troubleshooting issues. Once you get used to the layout of CS, it becomes very easy to manage. Great work

The platform takes a bit of time getting your head around - i got on an onboarding call and the team was really helpful including Bernardo.

They are working very hard and there are some growing pains but excited to adopt this product fully!

Staff are fast, super helpful, and open to suggestions (and they actually implement them).

Great experience so far. Slack channel with the team for any issues which is amazing. Bernado was excellent for providing product demos and support. So much more advanced AI features than Zendesk, and 10% of the price, no brainer. Hope they can stay nimble and keep it affordable. Would 100% recommend.
