The user interface is more responsive, user friendly, and straight forward for agents. And the AI Agent is the best we have used - easy to train and transfer tasks to slowly and steadily.

I have reduced the customer service management time significantly and can easily integrate all apps as needed.

The best help desk software I've ever used. Lots of other software is too expensive, too complicated, and doesn't suit small to medium-sized businesses like mine. I run three brands through this, seven figures, with one human agent. The support is fantastic. The developer himself often responds, and the other customer service guys all really know their software. I can't recommend it highly enough.
