Best free helpdesk app by far, with very functional built in AI. Easy to use and syncs orders well.

Was evaluating this vs Gorgias and the value and product offering this has is leaps and bounds better for a way better price. If you're looking for a customer support platform with all the essentials you need, look no further than Commslayer! If I could give this 100 stars I would!

In my opinion the best software for your CS and also the cheapest. I used Gorgias before and the service was shit, could only ask through email and with Commslayer I have the ability to ask things on Slack directly.
So please go to commslayer, I really advice you based on financial opinion and the speed of new features in this software to go to Commslayer. Love team sneakerask
i really like Karri and how he conducts himself. we ditched Gorgias for this as every MF is trying to increase prices and suck blood out of ecom brands. things are already tough and we dun need to keep switching out of apps cos someone got greedy. trust me, go with Karri (commslayer) They are serious about their work.

Commslayer is a breath of fresh air!
The Commslayer team will make your life 10x easier, the integration is all done for you. The customer service is next level you wont experience this level of care from any other help desk app.
These guys started recently but they beat gorgias for a fraction of the price and they are constantly working on new features.
I am so lucky to have found this app.
These guys are way better than Gorgias, If your looking for a help desk app that actually cares about you or wanting to switch, don't waste anymore time looking just use Commslayer
