Great experience. Very good app and great support.
Great app - works really well with Claude and worth the investment.
Affordable and effective - a no-brainer for any CX team!
GOATED. Pls dont ever increase your pricing.....
It's really really great. Way better than gorgias and richpanel for sure for a way smaller amount of money. AI is SO Good that you can automated 90% of your tickets easily
Best decision we've ever made!
Great app to use on the free plan if you are wanting to have a little better organization in your support inbox and want a support ticket system. That being said I started on the free plan and have upgraded to the basic since the developer is constantly updating and adding new features. It really seems like they take customer feedback into account and I love opening the app and seeing all the changes they make. Truly a great app, highly recommend.
Would highly recommend ComSlayer. It is amazing, and the team is great.
