Hands down the best Helpdesk software.
Karri & Bernardo are beyond helpful.
Couldn't recommend them enough and the value for money is insane.
Thanks guys
Easy to setup, simple to use and super well priced. So much better than the alternative help desks on the market.
Price to value ratio of this app easily beats every other app by 10x. Speed of development is crazy. Team is friendly and hands-on. What more do you want?
Best Shopify helpdesk app out there—easy to use, packed with great features without costing an arm and a leg, and the team is fantastic at resolving any issues!
We almost spent way more on something else. If you are wondering if all the 5-star reviews are legit .. install it and find out for yourself. The team devs are great and the app keeps getting better. Well worth it.
We changed over from Intercom (+200 usd/mo) to Commslayer. Hidden gem, basically everything but for a tenth of the price. CRAZY VALUE
Perfect for customer support, saves us an absolute fortune compared to other customer support software.
We migrated from Gorgias a little over a month ago and we're loving our experience so far! Most, if not all, of the same features we had previously at a fraction of the cost. So happy we found Commslayer!!
Our rep at Social Snowball recommended you guys to us instead of Gorgias, and we are honestly shocked at how amazing your software is — especially at this price point. Thank you for building such an incredible, affordable product. We’re really excited to keep working with Commslayer!
Excellent product. Karri is incredible responsive to feature requests and the dev team seems committed to making this an excellent app. Very pleased to be migrating from Gorgias.
