The best help desk software I've ever used. Lots of other software is too expensive, too complicated, and doesn't suit small to medium-sized businesses like mine. I run three brands through this, seven figures, with one human agent. The support is fantastic. The developer himself often responds, and the other customer service guys all really know their software. I can't recommend it highly enough.

We have had multiple agents using the app at a time and it's great to answer customer replies (using canned responses) or to collaborate with other team members before a reply is sent.
