I am using this since 2024. Worked fine since 2 days ago. No support no reaction on contacting them. I tried tu uninstall and reinstall they changed my plan. No way to contact them seems that they stopped support this app.
Thank you for using our app since 2024, and I'm sorry for the frustration you've experienced. You deserved a faster response from us.
To clarify what happened with your plan: our subscription structure changed over the last year, and reinstalling the app moved your store onto the current plans. We understand that was unexpected, and we're happy to review your plan with you.
We did reply to your ticket asking for some extra details, though later than we'd like because of a high volume of requests. If you can reply to that email, we'll look into why the app stopped working and get it sorted for you.
We're very much still supporting this app, and we'd love the chance to make this right for you if you'd be up for it.
