This app helped me set my store up, have a chat service for my customers and felt like it instantly had details about all of my products. It also is nice to use because it alerted me when I had items out of stock. I didn't think it would really help my insect store experience for my customers at first. However, I can communicate with my customers easily with it, give answers fast and it feels like I have a team to help run my insect store. Any who it works and I looked into a few other bots. This one gives a nice amount of turns for the price. I'm trying to implement it into a tarot card service right now on another site.
