This app helped me set my store up, have a chat service for my customers and felt like it instantly had details about all of my products. It also is nice to use because it alerted me when I had items out of stock. I didn't think it would really help my insect store experience for my customers at first. However, I can communicate with my customers easily with it, give answers fast and it feels like I have a team to help run my insect store. Any who it works and I looked into a few other bots. This one gives a nice amount of turns for the price. I'm trying to implement it into a tarot card service right now on another site.
Thank you so much for the thoughtful review and support! We're really happy to hear Concierge is making it easier to manage your insect store, help customers, and stay on top of inventory. That's exactly what we built it for. We're also excited to hear you're bringing it to your tarot card service! If you ever need anything or have ideas for improvements, we're always here to help. Thanks again for being part of HawkShift!
