I had a problem that was resolved in less than 24 hours. Thank you so much for your help!!! Amazing app!
We are truly sorry for the disruption this caused your business. We want to let you know that this issue is now fully resolved.
Whenever you couple inventory with each other, and something gets sold, the app messes up the whole supply into minus. This has happened multiple times with multiple different items by the way! Wouldn't really recommend this ap
we’re really sorry to hear about the trouble you faced with inventory syncing. To help us investigate, could you please share more details with our support team about the affected products or orders? Your input will help us resolve the issue faster and improve the app for you.
Ability to create bundles manually or the SKU very good, we have hundreds of bundles configured. Lacking features for making creating, maintenance and reporting easier. You CANNOT: copy a bundle to reduce rekeying, searching for products that are part of a bundle, reporting on bundles against active products in shopify. All the things you really need to manage a large collection of bundles to avoid costly mistakes with selling and maintaining inventory. There has been no new features in years. This app has fallen way behind what is expected from a paid bundle app.
We truly appreciate your feedback and understand the challenges you've highlighted regarding manual bundle creation. We're currently reviewing our roadmap and are prioritizing key improvements to better support merchants managing large volumes of bundles.
