ConnectPOS

SPARE yourself! They have OVERCHARGED me, and FOR weeks have kept ignoring the issue... I keep being told the supervisor will take care of and NOTHING, this has been going on almost a month. THEY told me I had to renew a license by repicking a plan, so I did, well by doing so it charged me the plan price 3 days a part, EVEN though I showed them the proof, they STILLLLLL have not gave the refund. Go elsewhere, Im switching as well. The POS itself half the time doesnt scan products and says they dont exist!

The app works very well and the support is fantastic. Unfortunately we had some very specific requirements that -currently- needed custom coding. We will revisit ConnectPOS in the near future.

We have been working with ConnectPos for almost two years now. Their customer support has been, and still is, great. The app itself is a pleasure to work with if you need a good Pos system. Try it, you will not be disappointed.

Very good alternative to Shopify's current POS system.

Customer service is also excellent. In case of problems or ambiguities, a solution is sought the same day.
They also support you with remote assistance by taking over your computer.

This is by far the most sophisticated POS app available for Shopify. It is so much superior to Shopify POS, offers a lot of features and support is really trying to help if there is a problem. I just renewed my subscription for another 2 years and am happy to continue using ConnectPOS.

What I like the most: This app works mot only on smartphones and tablets like ShopifyPOS. It can also be installed on desktop computers. For us this is essential in high-volume seasons as we can connect all our devices such as scanner, label printer and cash drawer directly with POS. Highly recommended App!

This product is awesome so far, easy to setup, there support are friendly and quick to respond, very knowledgeable with their software, you can't ask for more, been talking to jennifer most of the time,
It's easy to setup if you have shopify account inventory integration is easy pezzy make your life easy, no stress friendly and super customizable software. I think it's better than shopify POS, and let you integrate with their platform, price is cheaper than other Saas platforms like lightspeed ....

We tested and paid for ConnectPos for 6 months, Received vey bad support or none at all. Although it was promised there was no Integration with Moneris Card Payments. All they ConnectPOs had to do is sign an NDA. Very poor user interface as well when using Checkout. I really do not know where the 134 customers come from? please let us know

Cette caisse connectée avec Shopify est un atout pour moi qui participe à un salon de temps en temps dans l'année. Déjà, on peut souscrire uniquement le mois où l'on en a besoin ce qui limite le coût.

Ensuite, l'application a une interface classique de caisse. Beaucoup de choses sont configurables comme les produits et/ou catégories affichées. On peut créer des clients. La caisse est accessible aussi bien depuis le navigateur que depuis l'application. On peut créer ses propres moyens de paiement.

J'ai eu un petit bug de synchronisation de produits. L'équipe technique a été super réactive en 1h, c'était réglé.

Je recommande en alternative à la caisse native de Shopify qui n'est pas aussi aboutie que Connect POS et qui n'est pas accessible via navigateur.
