They charged me twice, the mess was left after we uninstalled the app, no contact from support

I’d like to clarify the app charge you asked about.
According to the billing information on your account, the app billing period was May 1, 2026 – May 31, 2026, and the app was uninstalled on May 21, 2026, which was during that billing period.
Shopify explains that recurring app charges are billed according to the app's own 30-day billing cycle. Uninstalling a paid app stops future recurring charges, but you may still be charged for the current billing cycle.
Therefore, based on the billing period shown on your account, the charge corresponds to the May 1 – May 31, 2026 app billing cycle. The fact that the app was uninstalled on May 21 does not automatically remove a charge that had already been generated for that cycle.

above all free apps for currency conversion this is the best as its fast & reliable compared to others
It is one of the Apps which is best in what it says. The only downback is it is only allowing 1 Additional Currencies. Apart from this this app is pretty good and useful.
Set up is good, but they say app is free on app store when it has a premium plan hidden
we installed the app now, it seems to work fine. Simple installation. We hope to be able to enter at least one other translation language
Fantastic app, easy to set up and does a job that you can't do on native Shopify settings. Well worth the money.
this app is not free you still need to pay they are not honest with there service. Only l trial is allowed

Meu teste gratuito de 7 dias, nao funcionou corretamente, a geolocalizacao não entrou.
Perdi o tempo de cancelar a cobrança, e mesmo pagando não entrou a geolocalização.
Conversor de moeda no Brasil, BRL não esta funcionando corretamente.
Se conseguirem corrigir o problema, e se o retorno do suporte pagando for mais rapido, ao longo do uso talvez melhore a nota.
