STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.
Garbage experience.. reached out to them once we saw the charge come through and they would not refund or give us credit back for something we are not even using.

This app advertises a free plan but charges usage fees based on order volume, which has nothing to do with the app’s functionality. Charges were not clearly disclosed. Support refused a refund. Be very careful installing this app.

We understand billing concerns can be worrying, so we’d like to clarify for anyone reading:

• Pricing is shown inside the app before activation (https://bit.ly/4aU20ED)

• Billing happens only after the store owner manually accepts it (https://bit.ly/4kIKXJ4)

• Charges are processed by Shopify, we cannot charge stores ourselves

Screenshots above show the pricing details and the approved charge.

Even so, we have offered the merchant a middle-ground resolution by offering a yearly plan upgrade to help settle the matter fairly.

If you have questions, please reach out, we’re always happy to help before installing or activating the app.

We are a large company that had problems with GA4 configuration. The way the employees approach the customer is gold. Quick response time, the topic was checked thoroughly, fixed quickly and analyzed to make sure everything works! I highly recommend their applications!
