App auto-approved a ton of applicants, messed up our Ambassador program.
in the landing page it doesn't have an option for the creators to add their social handles, how are we supposed to check them out and verify if they are a good fit?
Support takes ages to answer, i sent a messagefew days ago, auto reply says they would reply to me 24hr later but it's been like 4 days
and for those reasons we won't be using or recommending the app.
Thanks for your feedback. The app is set to auto-approve by default, so nothing was done wrong on your end. Since you mentioned you were uninstalling, we didn’t realize you still needed additional support — apologies for the delay.
Wishing you the best with your Ambassador program going forward.
We LOVE this app! It is a one stop solution for all of our ambassador/affiliate program needs.

Truly love the simplicity of this app, they don't over complicate things unlike other apps. Just hoping that they'll decrease the price of their plans a bit in the future.
Thanks so much for the kind words MAESTRO SOX! Hope your affiliate program is successful :)
