Cost+: Advanced POS Discounts

Great support and quick, friendly reply from the dev team! We had a special use case where our in-store customers (via our Shopify POS) needed to reference a metafield for their item's cost (rather than our online item cost). In other words, online cost is $11, and our in-store price is $10 (referenced by a product metafield). The dev team shared exactly how to do it, and we now have a POS tile setup that's easy to use by our employees. Thank you!

We are a store on the Far North of New Zealand and wanted to provide a staff discount and wholesale customer discount based on the cost of the product. This app completely solved our problem and was easy to install and set up. Would strongly recommend.

Had a question and the customer service answered thoughtfully and pushed through a patch within hours. App support is literally worth its weight in gold.

We are planning to launch SALE for our customers at our physical store using Shopify POS. Not able to workout with the app where we had different % discounts based on order slab for various collections & this app does not fulfill this in Automatic Discount or by applying single code discount. Our staff member can not take separate orders collection wise where discount % & order value slabs differs.

Collection 1

🏷 10% OFF on purchases above ₹10,000
🏷 15% OFF on purchases above ₹20,000
🏷 20% OFF on purchases above ₹25,000

Collection 2

🏷 10% OFF on purchases above ₹10,000
🏷 15% OFF on purchases above ₹50,000

We need automatic discount to be applied only on POS not on online store orders.

Support Agent explained that this kind of situation not possible but a blanket % of discount for all required collection can be possible which is not fulfilling our requirement. Sorry but disappointed with the App's feature.
