We’ve used Coupler.io’s Shopify connector for a few months to pull orders, line items, products and transactions into our reporting, and for that it works well. The order export includes Shopify’s customer-journey fields (first/last visit, UTM campaign), and our per-campaign order counts and revenue matched Shopify exactly.
Where it fell short was marketing reporting. The connector covers store records but not Shopify Analytics: there’s no access to sessions by referrer, the session-to-checkout conversion funnel, or the marketing and attribution reports behind Growth › Attribution. That was the data we needed for a campaign ROI dashboard, so we ended up building a direct ShopifyQL integration ourselves. If Coupler added ShopifyQL / Analytics datasets, it would cover a big reporting need that the Admin API exports don’t.

We appreciate you highlighting the missing Shopify Analytics data. We're planning to add ShopifyQL support to Coupler.io, and we'll also review the other points you raised (sessions by referrer, the conversion funnel, and the Growth › Attribution reports). We'll reach out once it's available.

After trial, couldn't sign up and pay. Likely going to lose the work I created. No out of hours human support.
Links between data flows, sources and destinations fragile and not always working.
So far not been a great experience
Hi, thanks for taking the time to share this - and sorry for the frustration.
We looked into the issue: a glitch on our side meant you could keep using Coupler.io without an active trial on Shopify's end, but couldn't complete a subscription because of how Shopify billing was set up. We identified and fixed this on July 1, and extended your trial so you have time to subscribe once you're ready. Most importantly - your data flows stayed up and running the entire time, so nothing was lost.
We'd also love to understand more - both on the "fragile links between flows, sources, and destinations" issue (specific examples of which flow, source, destination, and what happened would help a lot) and on when you felt support wasn't reachable. Feel free to share details at contact@coupler.io.

We had a niche issue where we wanted to invoice customers in Xero who had placed orders but not paid for them in Shopify. This connection was not available as a direct integration so we were able to use Coupler to obtain all the Shopify data and push that to Xero as an invoice really easily. Saved us a lot of manual time
