Appointment Booking Cowlendar

I installed to test the features, which are quite good. But I didn't end up using it. They still charged me for months of usage, then started spamming me when I uninstalled it. They send an email asking how they can help from a no-reply email that says "PS. if something did not work as expected, just reply to this email. I'm a human and I can fix pretty much everything hehe". When you respond it bounces.

Really disappointed in their service. Shameful really. I mean, if you're human.

It's been a great tool for our business to manage appointment bookings and has made life so much easier for us! Customer service is always fast and responsive and genuinely helpful. Today Judy helped me out but others have been equally helpful! There are some enhancements that would make it more user friendly, but I find they are always updating with new features and always try to help find a solution.

Incredibly user friendly app with an amazing team of staff on hand to offer support. Regularly adding and updating features that make our business operations that much smoother! By offering online bookings, our business has seen major growth in our local market and we couldn't have achieved that without Cowlendar. Huge thanks to Mateo and the Team!

Cowlendar is an incredibly smooth and intuitive scheduling app that makes organizing appointments and events effortless. The interface is clean, easy to navigate, and actually enjoyable to use, which is rare for calendar tools. Everything feels thoughtfully designed, from booking flow to reminders, and it helps keep both personal and professional schedules organized without stress. Customer support is also responsive and helpful, quickly resolving any questions or setup needs. Overall, Cowlendar delivers a reliable, well-built experience that makes time management feel simple and efficient.

The booking services are pretty great! We ran into some issues with some limitations that made it difficult for us to have exactly what we need added to our website. But the chat customer service system is great to have, and they have added functions that have helped us customize most of the things we need!

The best app of this style that I tried from the store. Many other apps lack customisation e.g for the look and feel, or are much more clunky to implement. This app is clearly laid out and gives many options for different styles of events. Support is top notch and very responsive and friendly. I also love the pricing structure, there is no features locked behind higher tiers.

It's a little difficult to figure out how to get it on my site, but Sofia was super helpful and was able to get it working for me. So nice to have a human to actually talk to about the issues. I would also love the option to edit fonts/ backgrounds within the widget, but overall im pleased so far with installing it. much easier than other aps i have been trying that are cheaper... you get what you pay for!!!

The live chat support is really helpful! they responded quickly and were pacient and polite. The app it's self is great. It is very customizable to fit your needs. I've gone through a wild ride looking for the right booking app for my dog services, but nothing had the exact things I needed. I'm very glad I found this app, and am excited to see what else it offers!

The software makes intuitive sense and has all the features I need to run a service based business. When I needed help to figure things out, Sophia gave me great answers (with follow up screenshot diagrams I could follow!). When we could not determine why one issue kept happening, she logged in as a collaborator, found the User error (yes mine!) and gave me the directions to fix it! This software looks good, is easy to set up, and ACTUALLY has great support! KUDOS!!!

Different types of booking are available and suited for every service. Configurations and customizations are intuitive, and live support is readily available to help you throughout the app.
