Appointment Booking Cowlendar

I installed to test the features, which are quite good. But I didn't end up using it. They still charged me for months of usage, then started spamming me when I uninstalled it. They send an email asking how they can help from a no-reply email that says "PS. if something did not work as expected, just reply to this email. I'm a human and I can fix pretty much everything hehe". When you respond it bounces.

Really disappointed in their service. Shameful really. I mean, if you're human.

It's been a great tool for our business to manage appointment bookings and has made life so much easier for us! Customer service is always fast and responsive and genuinely helpful. Today Judy helped me out but others have been equally helpful! There are some enhancements that would make it more user friendly, but I find they are always updating with new features and always try to help find a solution.

De support is geweldig en de app heeft ontzettend veel uitgebreide mogelijkheden. Alles rondom boekingen en verhuur is mogelijk binnen deze app. Twijfel dus niet en probeer het gewoon eens!

Kom je er toch niet helemaal uit? Geen probleem! Er zit een live supportchat geïntegreerd in de app, waardoor je snel en goed geholpen wordt.

Nogmaals: echt een geweldige app! Zeker een aanrader!

The booking services are pretty great! We ran into some issues with some limitations that made it difficult for us to have exactly what we need added to our website. But the chat customer service system is great to have, and they have added functions that have helped us customize most of the things we need!

The best app of this style that I tried from the store. Many other apps lack customisation e.g for the look and feel, or are much more clunky to implement. This app is clearly laid out and gives many options for different styles of events. Support is top notch and very responsive and friendly. I also love the pricing structure, there is no features locked behind higher tiers.

It's a little difficult to figure out how to get it on my site, but Sofia was super helpful and was able to get it working for me. So nice to have a human to actually talk to about the issues. I would also love the option to edit fonts/ backgrounds within the widget, but overall im pleased so far with installing it. much easier than other aps i have been trying that are cheaper... you get what you pay for!!!

I was looking for a way to make my bookings work the right way. Judy made my day by guiding me to the correct place and toggle to make the booking work as I wanted. (Fixed quantity in stead of multiplying it by night)

The live chat support is really helpful! they responded quickly and were pacient and polite. The app it's self is great. It is very customizable to fit your needs. I've gone through a wild ride looking for the right booking app for my dog services, but nothing had the exact things I needed. I'm very glad I found this app, and am excited to see what else it offers!
