CrazyRocket • Spin Wheel PopUp

Really happy with CrazyRocket so far. It’s easy to set up, the gamified pop-ups look great, and our customers seem to engage with them more than regular promotional pop-ups. We also like the customization options and integrations. Overall, a very useful app for making promotions more interactive.

Andrea a été à notre écoute et s’est montré très réactif pour résoudre rapidement les problèmes rencontrés. Je recommande vivement cette application pour son sérieux et son efficacité.

Reply very very quickly and solve my problem very very very well! Professional!

This one is my final choice after testing multiple plugins. It fulfills most of my requirements. And one issue could not be resolved due to my lack of knowledge of a particular feature. But after I asked Andrea about it, he was very proactive in helping me solve the problem, and throughout the whole communication process, etc., he always will be very enthusiastic, so I have to leave a good review for his dedication. Highly recommended!

The best spin wheel popup! Andrea is incredibly good on building and updating this app, he's very supportive and always ready to solve any problem (if you would have one as the app is so simple and intuitive I bet you would need his support).

Don't be afraid and give it a try, you won't be disappointed on how many sales it will bring to your store.

Andrea’s customer service has been outstanding from start to finish. He took the time to fully understand all my details, needs, and priorities, and went above and beyond to set up the app in the simplest and most user-friendly way for me. Everything was organized exactly how I wanted, and he made sure every single request was implemented.

What really stood out is his patience and dedication — he kept answering my questions, no matter how many times I asked, and always made sure I truly understood how the app works. He didn’t just set things up; he guided me through everything, explained the possibilities, and even gave honest advice on what’s best to do and what to avoid.

If you’re considering this app, I honestly highly recommend downloading it now. The app itself is excellent, but Andrea’s support makes the experience even better. Truly top service. Thank you!

Convenient and easy to use! Customer service responded quickly and resolved the issue right away!

This plugin works really well, and the customer service is also very patient in helping solve problems.

Just wanted to give a shoutout to the amazing customer service team behind this app! They're super quick to respond and incredibly patient. No matter what issue I throw their way, they tackle it with lightning speed and a smile. Thanks to them, I've always got a solution in no time! Highly recommend this app – not just for its features, but for the awesome support too!

Very useful! Bring more orders and sales, nice. The user likes to play the spin, and useful for enevts.
