Terrific support from the developer Clément. Ecto is an A+ addition for enterprise Shopify Plus stores looking for an improved cart solution. Can't recommend enough!
As a B2B company, we wanted shopping carts to be saved for 90 days instead of 30 days. We submitted a request to Casper, and after 5 days we received confirmation that this had been implemented.
Our customers, who sometimes take several days to complete an order, are very satisfied that they can now continue working on their order across different devices.

A simple yet effective app for a very much needed feature that Shopify lacks, and keeps belittling as of today. Clément offered outstanding support and event took our feedback to improve the app, something bigger App developers usually don't do. A must have for any store in my opinion, from small to Plus ones.
Such a simple solution to such a silly Shopify limitation. Incredibly easy to install and get going. Carts are now syncing across multiple devices, including items with line item properties.
We consistently have an excellent experience with this app’s support team. Anytime we run into an issue or have a question, we receive a response almost immediately. Every concern is resolved or answered within one business day without fail. Truly outstanding service and support—we couldn’t ask for better!
