Currency Converter Plus

Hello SleeveChief Team,

I hope you're doing well.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on our app and support experience.

We're sorry to hear that your experience with our support team and chatbot hasn't met your expectations. We understand how frustrating it can be when you're looking for assistance and don't feel you're getting the help you need. We'd appreciate the opportunity to look into your concerns further and make things right.

We'd like to clarify that we responded to your concerns on the same day we received your emails on both occasions. Our replies were sent to your email address, support@sleevechief.de, but unfortunately, we haven't received a response from you. As a result, we haven't been able to confirm whether our replies addressed your concerns or whether you still need assistance.

It's possible that our responses may have been filtered into your spam or junk folder, so we'd kindly ask you to check there as well.

Regardless, we want you to know that we're more than happy to help. If you're experiencing any issues with the app or need assistance with the setup, we'd be glad to work with you to ensure everything is configured correctly and works the way you want it to. Your experience matters to us, and we'd welcome the opportunity to provide the support you were expecting.

You can reply directly to our emails or reach us anytime at support@codeblackbelt.com. Our team is available via email and live chat, and we'd be happy to explore the best way to assist you.

We hope to hear from you and have another opportunity to turn your experience around.

Best regards,
Code Black Belts Support Team

Hello TheFootballIdiots Team,

I hope you're doing well.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on our Currency Converter Plus app.

We're sorry to see that your experience hasn't been a positive one. Since the review didn't include any details, we wanted to check in and see if there's a specific issue you're running into or if there's anything we can assist you with. We'd really appreciate the opportunity to better understand what happened and see if we can help improve your experience.

If your review was related to the question about the countries.js file, we did take a closer look and found that it appears to come from a custom or third-party Shipping Calculator in your store rather than from our Currency Converter Plus app. If that's the issue, we're happy to explain further what we found and help point you in the right direction.

If it's something else entirely, we'd love to hear about it. No matter the issue, our team is here to help.

You can reply directly to any of our emails or contact us anytime at support@codeblackbelt.com. We're available by email and live chat, and if it's easier, we'd also be happy to arrange a phone call to work through the issue together.

We hope to hear from you and have the chance to provide the experience you were expecting.

Best regards,
Code Black Belts Support Team
