Their app has to be optimized
Hello TheFootballIdiots Team,
I hope you're doing well.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on our Currency Converter Plus app.
We're sorry to see that your experience hasn't been a positive one. Since the review didn't include any details, we wanted to check in and see if there's a specific issue you're running into or if there's anything we can assist you with. We'd really appreciate the opportunity to better understand what happened and see if we can help improve your experience.
If your review was related to the question about the countries.js file, we did take a closer look and found that it appears to come from a custom or third-party Shipping Calculator in your store rather than from our Currency Converter Plus app. If that's the issue, we're happy to explain further what we found and help point you in the right direction.
If it's something else entirely, we'd love to hear about it. No matter the issue, our team is here to help.
You can reply directly to any of our emails or contact us anytime at support@codeblackbelt.com. We're available by email and live chat, and if it's easier, we'd also be happy to arrange a phone call to work through the issue together.
We hope to hear from you and have the chance to provide the experience you were expecting.
Best regards,
Code Black Belts Support Team
Muy fácil de instalar y personalizar.
Absolutely outstanding customer service from Jennesca. Very quick responses when I had a slight issue after updating my theme and they went above and beyond to assist me. I rarely write reviews but I was so impressed that I just had to give her a shout out. I have been using the app itself for over a year and it works smoothly and meets all our needs.
hi i really like your app . happy to finally be able to display KWD . but i have a suggestion. in the FLAG icon why there isnt a search bar on top? this way its easier to type the country name to view the currency. thanks
I recently added the Currency Converter Plus app to my Shopify store, and it has been a game changer! The app works flawlessly, providing my customers with accurate currency conversions in real time, greatly improving their shopping experience.
The setup was quick and easy, and I love how well it integrates with my existing theme. It’s intuitive and visually appealing, making it easy for customers to navigate. Plus, the customer support team is incredibly responsive and helpful.
Thanks to this app, I highly recommend it to any Shopify store owner looking to reach a global audience!
Thank you for this amazing tool!
YES! Finally a app that works for my needs perfectly! Dealing with international sales, this is important. I can place only the currencies i want in a list (so the list isn't endless), and also autodetect the currency of the customer. The customer can also change currency just by clicking the product price. Genius!
The support was very helpful and understanding my needs. Thanks Ricardo
Very good support, but per email.. they have not a chat or fast support for critical issues.
