Feesly: Surcharges & Card Fees

We are a wholesale focused business who wanted to charge a retail fee on retail orders through the POS and this app works perfectly. Had an issue where the fee stopped working one day and the customer service team was able to resolve for in about 5mins. Would def recommend this app for simple extra fee charges

So far this app is doing what we need in our POS system. This is the most affordable app too, so you don't have to hesitate to pull the trigger. I had an issue today while making some adjustments and testing and reached out to their support team to receive IMMEDIATE response and assistance. It ended up being an issue on Shopify POS's team side, not even the app itself, though they found out and relayed the info and instructions to me. Fantastic support, I can't thank this app's team enough. My company saved $350 by passing the credit card surcharge onto customers just this past weekend at a pop up event. When the application works, it works great. The only issue I have with the application itself is that it calculates the fee before tax, and my merchant charges us after tax.
There have been times when the system goes down. It can be frustrating, but usually it only takes contacting the help center and they are quick to investigate and fix the problem.

I would love to give this app 5 stars but the app was working just fine and doing exactly what I needed it to do last week but now today it is not working at all. I have reached out to get support but am losing money with every transaction since I cannot add the proper fees.

Giving it 5 stars because it's the only method that works that we've tried so far, to add credit card fees on POS. Yes we would also love it if it were automatic -- if the person working the checkout forgets to push the button, we just have to eat that fee. But the developer has stated they can't do that because Shopify has to update/change something first. Also noting that we ONLY use POS so I'm not sure what we would do if we were to need this with a "regular" ecommerce website.

App is very buggy and will triple charge your customers and cause major problems for your brand. Move on
