Infinite Options

We installed Infinite Options earlier this week and have since reached out to them about 4-5 times as we've needed support. Each time we were easily able to chat with someone and receive quick answers to our questions. The team has been super responsive and has offered to add in css coding to style the app to the look and feel of our website to make it 100% useful to us. So far we've added in text, drop down, date, and swatch capabilities and we could not be happier with the service provided. We 100% recommend this app for it's capabilities, but more over for it's amazing customer support.

I needed an app where I had the option to create a text box where customers could insert the info I needed to create their semi-custom stationery suites. I ran into some issues but the team (and especially Alan) at ShopPad were super helpful. They even worked with my theme developer to iron out the issues so everything would work well together.

Superb customer service! Would totally recommend this app to people who need to have different option selections in their shop. Aside from the text box you can have drop-down menus and various features, and if you get stuck, just get in touch with the team and they'll help you out.

This app cleanly and simply solved a problem we had when setting up our site. Because we don't grind all of our coffee to order, we were unable to use Shopify's default "product variants" feature to set up our various ground coffee options. Infinite Options was easy to set up and integrated cleanly with our chosen theme.

And to go even further...they were kind enough to help us customize the default packing list code so that our customers' chosen style of ground coffee (or selection of whole bean) shows up on the printed packing slip, making it easier for our order fulfillers to ensure they pack up the right coffee...every single time!

This app was a life-changer for us. We sell custom products and used to spend so much time communicating back and forth with customers to nail down exactly what they wanted. This app was easy to use and allowed us to put in tons of additional options to require the customer to provide as much information as possible - everything we need to know to make the item without communicating with the customer. When we have had occasional difficulties with certain things, the support has been fantastic. They get back to us very quickly and have gone in and made any changes we've needed to implement. Highly recommend this app and the Shoppad team. Awesome to work with. Very happy!

This app has been a game changer for our store. We needed to be able to add multiple options for a new product line and Infinite Options really fits the bill. The app itself is pretty user friendly, and when I hit a couple of stumbling blocks with particular formatting, their support team were extremely quick to help and sorted out this issues to my great satisfaction. I tried 3 other apps prior to finding Infinite Options - none of which worked for our store, and the customer service was difficult to navigate. Not so here. I'm so happy with the results on our new product range that I am considering using the multiple options now available to us on other products as well.

I cannot speak highly enough of not only this app but the support you get with it. Glecy (have to shout out personally to him) is absolutely outstanding and has gone above and beyond numerous times to help me. I have a huge amount of apps powering my Shopify store and none, absolutely none, have offered the incredible level of knowledge and prompt support that Infinite Options has. Glecy, you are the man and I am very appreciative of your help. Even when he's just noticed something on my site (that I haven't even ask for help with) he will offer to tweak it while he's providing assistance, that's going out of your way for customers. A few years ago I stumbled across Infinite Options via a googled shopify guru post. it seemed to do exactly what i needed it to do. Simple enough to paste the snippet in and i was up and running with offering my customers a way to personalize their place cards! brilliant. Now we are migrating to Shopify 2.0 and we noticed a cosmetic change that needed to be made that would make the form fields look better, so i reached out to ShopPad and had a great exchange with Emily. In a few hours she had a fix to my need. My page is now LITERALLY, and EXACTLY what i wanted... both in form and function! 10/10 for me. AND IT'S FREE!!!! cant ask for more. thank you Emily for your help.

Amazing app that does what it claims, installation and options creations were definitely a breeze too, in comparison with other product option apps. Definitely one app I would recommend...furthermore it's free! (:

Although I would also encourage to engage their paid services to do the installation properly as I did it myself but the appearance looked messy and the alignment was "off" in the mobile browser so in my opinion, the $20 one-time fee was worth it as it saved me time and headaches to try to fine-tune the code on my own.

I use this app for many things: gift wrapping option, bundle products, special notes/tags on special products. Don't let the simple user interface fool you--this is a very sophisticated system. Before using for my bundles, I literally checked every bundle app out there. By far, this is the best one out there. It let's me configure very easily and also allows for discount codes to be applied. Also: the customer support is extremely responsive and helpful. In addition to actual thoughtful explanations to my inquiries (vs. template responses), they troubleshoot by fixing my liquid files directly. I have multiple shopify stores and use dozens of apps for each--this is my favorite.

We are installing the Infinite Options app, which in itself is the solution we've been looking for to better manage options in our Shopify store. The lack of a master inventory for all variants nearly sent us to another platform. More importantly, The ShopPad team is awesome... responsive, helpful and quick - all of which are unusual for app support. We opted for the inexpensive "white glove" install, then wanted to change the layout of our product page. We couldn't figure it out, so called. Yes, called. They responded, we described the changes we needed, and within 2 hours it was done. Suffice it to say we are now ShopPad fans, and will explore the other apps they've created for Shopify.
