I sell customized items in my store. I used this app to help my customers personalize their orders. They can use eye-catching swatches to make their selection. I think it enhances the shopping process and makes it much easier for them to visualize what they're going to get. Solved my problems! Since Shopify limits the amount of options/style combinations, I was able to use this app to open up sizing, style, and custom options for my clients. The "Add On" bundle feature helps with up-sells and matching items as well. Every time I've needed a little help from the team they have been super responsive - answering and even helping me with the coding in less than 24 hours. Well worth the subscription cost!

This one is a review that I am very happy to leave. The app is AMAZING. Shopify has ridiculous limitations in place that prevent you from having too many variations. In my case I wanted to add flavor packs where customers could pick a certain number of flavors they wanted to try. I couldn't do it all with Shopify and so this app made it possible with very minimal work or changes to my theme code. The possibilities are endless now!

WOW!!! I've been using Infinite Options for quite some time now and never needed technical support because it was all so easy and they regularly add new and easy to use features. This time, though, I need a small change that required CSS and I'm not comfortable with that. So, I hired ShopPad to do it for me at an incredibly modest price. It was all finished and perfect within 30 minutes. I definitely recommend any of their products.

For those who are new in using this app, please read through their website's article if you encounter some problem, you will found a lot of helpful article there, or just email their friendly staff, response time is just within hour. The price is definitely worth the value! It is almost impossible to find any similar app at this price point!

The team at ShopPad is amazing! Always fast to answer on e-mail, help with set up and available via phone to walk you through anything you might have questions with. Infinite Options is fairly easy to install yourself, but I did have some questions and the team was so helpful and didn't make me feel dumb for asking. Highly recommend the app if you need to personalize products on your store and couldn't have nicer things about the staff!

I was looking for such an app for a long time. I can't even believe this one is free. I had some trouble with, sent an email and the team was able to fix it before I was able to finish my coffee. Now it works like a charm. One of the best apps and support I've had on Shopify. You can make it work as a gift wrapping option, add-on product and so much more. If you need more custom options for your product, don't waste time looking elsewhere.

Amazing app. We have used this for at least 18 months to customise our store and it works well everytime. Recently we changed our theme and needed to update the style of the options (as they did not match). We contacted ShopPad for help and received a reply quickly. They were happy to help.
