Infinite Options

Must-have app for our e-commerce custom jewelry store that hits Shopify's max 100 variants with just our ring sizes. Now, we can use it to also offer customers our many customization options for different ring widths, metals, material inlays, etc. right when they order! It will considerably reduce back-and-forth messages regarding custom options. Also, great customer service!!

The app works well. We use it for product ADD-ON with additional fee (price increase). The ShopPad team is very impressive with quick response. Kayla helped us with some custom CSS code to make it look even better.

Very happy, installed the app and tried to set it up myself but it didn't work out how I wanted. I used the express set up option (Paid $20 on off fee, for the developers to go into my store and set it up and make it fit in my theme correctly) It was done so quickly, and looks exactly how I wanted it too. Would recommend this option for anyone that's not great at coding like me!

I used this app to add extra options to my products. Shopify only allowed me to add options such as 2 pack, 3 pack, 5 pack. But then I needed to add colour options, as the customer can select up to 5 different colours. Infinite options was perfect for this, and as my themes code was different to what was in the set-up guide, the expert help set it all up for me for $20. so easy!

Easy to use to create options for your products. My swatches were not lining up on mobile device, I sent an email and the problem was solved super fast within a few hours! I've used a few different apps and all can come with little theme 'glitches' so having excellent, super fast and friendly support sets these guys apart from the rest! now I can upload my products! recommend!!

E X A C T L Y the app I've been looking for! Able to add lots of combos, packs and bundles and options to each product and endless dropdowns! I had my developer add this app for me, but after looking closer, I def could have added it and pasted the line of code myself. Great work on this app! Five Stars! Absolutely recommend it! Idea for your next upgrade? Adding images too. ;)

If you sell jewelry, this app is a must! Especially for rings, and if you sell variations. I used it to overcome having to make a new variable for every finger size. As long as the price is the same, it will be a huge time saver! I also needed a bit of tweaking on the CSS code, and the service was fantastic. You may see it installed on www.storyandhearts.com. This app has been a time and space saver! I offer so many options with monogram & sizing combined that I needed more than the allotted 100 variants provided by Shopify. Initially, I had the same product listed 4 times (one listing for each size.) But it looked like total amateur-hour, not to mention it was confusing for customers to shop; thanks to this app it's no longer a problem!

easy to use. works perfectly for our custom options. inspires us to find new ways to utilize for a better customer/user experience. personally have appreciated the support I've received from the company when needed. easy option to pay a small fee and allow someone more qualified to do the important stuff. very responsive with chat requests. highly recommend this app and this company

I tried a couple of other apps before I came to Infinite Options and had so many problems with them, as well as getting support. The Infinite Options work great with no problems, and their customer service is amazing!! Any questions I had, someone would reply straight away. The app itself is built in a very logical way, so that it's easy to duplicate options, variants, etc. Love it!
