Infinite Options

We are a small UK company who sell flashed DD-WRT & Tomato Routers from our shopify store https://vpn-router.co.uk that are great for keeping you safe online. This free app. is fantastic. It has enabled us to easily collect required details from our customers and the options look great and are easy to use. Thanks Infinite Options this is one of the best apps. on Shopify. Its free and you can pay a small set charge if you need help setting it up or want to do something more advanced but for us the free installation was easy and it does the job well. Dont read about it, just install it !

For small companies quality free apps. are an important way of keeping in business and I will look to the Shoppad when we need another app as these guys are quality.

This app was installed on my site several years ago by someone who assisted me to set up my web site. In the last couple weeks I have been in the process of updating the theme of my site. A major part of my update was not working. Shopify on the phone directed me to contact the app builder support. I did and the result was amazing. They totally fixed the issue allowing me to launch the updated theme yesterday. In addition to fixing the issue they also contacted me to see if all was well with my site and if they could help me further. I am very grateful for their help. The app works great and allows me to easily show the many various choices of my jewelry. Many thanks to app support and the Shopify people that have assisted to learn a lot and improve my site.

This is a FANTASTIC app with amazing customer service. I love the option to pay a small fee and have the set up done for you, although the instructions are so clear, it can easily be done on one's own. The app provides unparalleled flexibility in creating custom fields and the interface is intuitive. You can assign a field based on a product type, tag, vendor or a specific product (using handle or URL). There are 6 types of field options (text, checkbox, pull down, etc) and you have full control over the field title and instructional/placeholder text and can have default values and set it to required if need be.

The Better Reports app allows you to include data from the Infinite Options custom fields in reports! These two apps combined are game changers for Shopify users.

I'm so pleased with Infinite Options and their development team, and if you have a need for your Shopify store to display product options in any of a number of different ways, I don't believe you can do better than to install this app. I needed to display options for add-ons to each product in my store, doing so using radio buttons instead of drop-down menus, which by design hide these options from view by default. The result after implementing Infinite Options (and particularly after their very quick work in tweaking the appearance by working with my liquid script from my template) is something that I think will result in more income over time due to increased visibility of those options. Thanks very much to the team for solving an issue that Shopify isn't set up to solve on its own (oddly, I think).

Infinite options has been such a great asset to our company. We wanted something light weight and easy to use for our products that had some customization options.

I would consider myself very picky with the layout of the options and the support team was so quick and responsive into making my vision come true! They were able to help me with all the small adjustments I needed and now the product pages look amazing!

I would to give a shout out to Alan and Mandy for being such friendly and helpful people. They really made my customer experience very comfortable and knew exactly what I needed changed. They were able to solve all my problems in minutes and are always available when I needed to chat :)

I would definitely recommend this app if you need to add more options for your products! PS. ITS ALSO FREE :D

Update: I have been using this app for over a year and chose to upgrade to the paid version with the conditional logic to help avoid confusion with options on my items and hiding text input fields unless personalization was chosen. I couldn't be happier. It keeps getting better and the support is amazing with a styling issue I was having (possibly related to my theme) that was the only reason I was a tiny bit dissatisfied at any time with this app. Matt with Support was able to help me fix the problem and make the options appear just how I'd like them to look. Overall, this is my FAVORITE and by far the most useful app for my Shop!

I really like the flexibility that this app provides with some of my more frequently used variants. It allows me to change them in one location rather than on each item individually.

This app has been a game-changer for us. It is like they looked in my mind (yikes), saw what I needed for our website, and made it work! We have hundreds of products that use the app and it has been great from the start! I have to share...after some updates and who knows what we hit a blip. Shopify was great, as usual, but sent us on to Infinite Options for a definitive answer. After digging, scratching our heads, and digging deeper, I thought I figured it out and contacted Infinite Options. Annette helped me and jumped in and fixed what it was! The music to my ears was that I was right, I was giddy with having our site fixed AND being officially told I was RIGHT. She was great and definitely earned my Tech Support Hero Award. LIFESAVER!! Infinite Options saved the day for our online store with shopify. In our business, we have many options for the sizes of our products and the shopify variant feature just would not let us offer them to our customers. With Infinite Options we were finally able to offer our customers the many sizes we have, effectively making our store usable again. We are also using it to collect other information we really need that we were using the shopping cart notes feature previously to collect. This is much better and even allows us to prevent orders from going through without giving us all the information we need. I can't thank you guys enough for saving our store. We also greatly appreciated the wonderful communication and speed with their customer service who made sure we were up and running swiftly. IT REALLY WORKS

I really am happy with this app. I chose this app after trying a competitors app with a poor experience. This app does everything - and the more I used it, the more features I found and utilized in my store. This app has an excellent price point, A+ customer support and response and seamlessly adds all sorts of options to my products and cart. The one thing that was lacking was the ability to upload photos which I need for some products. This was easily solved because they have an app called Uploadery for that. I added the second app for a very reasonable price and now have everything I need to customize my store. The two apps combined are at a lower cost that the competitors single app that had big flaws for Shopify 2.0 themes. Customer support is great. I would not hesitate to recommend that you try this app before others.

We've used a couple of option programs, and Infinite Options is our favorite hands down. The app allows you to complete any options you can imagine through the use of conditional logic, and can be styled to fit your theme. The price point is great - especially when compared to the other options which are significantly overpriced. The app is easy to implement, and if you do run into any problems the support team has been phenomenal. We have never had to wait more than a few hours to get a response, and they keep updated as your support ticket progresses. They even went as far as to implement code to resolve our issue - at no cost.

I would definitely recommend Infinite Options to any Shopify user who is looking for product options, and upsells on products. It's cost effective, easy to use, priced well, and the support team is great.
