Infinite Options

***I did find the app was a little glitchy when I was trying to set up options on Safari, but I switched to Firefox just while I was getting things set up and then it worked like a charm.***

I've been using Shopify for years and have never had a good solution for how our customers can communicate their product choices when they purchase one of our bundle packages. Up until now, we've had to rely on customers leaving us a note at checkout, but about 75% of the time they instead send us hysterical emails that there is no place to leave a note.

WELL, this morning I found the Infinite Options app. What a game changer! The instructions for install were absolutely crystal clear, even for a programming fool such as myself. I've successfully installed the app on our current theme as well as on a new theme we're still customizing, and I've gotten product options up and running for two bundle packs. They look great on the product page, they look great in the cart, and I have never been prouder of myself for my computer programmer fakery. I was so elated with the app that I ended up sending ShopPad a love letter. I can't believe this app is free.

To Whoever gives Matt a raise,

He deserves it, $80,000/yr. The end!!! Oh wait, you probably want to know what he did huh. Well first, I closed out and opened the chat so many times that if a ding happened to let him know that a chat started, his ears is still ringing. He was probably annoyed but he was very courteous about it. He never typed in capital letters as if he was screaming at me lol. Okay so anyway, Me and Matt made a deal that I would tell nobody about. So I hope whoever is giving Matt a raise your name is nobody, cause if so then I didn't break our agreement. Matt went ahead and installed the code for me and set up my custom options for my product for FREE!! Okay I paid $20 but Matt didn't get it so essentially he did it for FREE!! Now he is doing everybody else's at a salary increased by 80 and 3 zeros (that's 80,000 for the people in the back) In all seriousness though, I was in the middle of training my in person clients while trying to setup my online responsibilities and reading code and doing all that just wasn't at my top things to do so I really appreciate Matt taking care of it for me. So thank you guys for doing what you do!!

Awesome and patient support! Kayla was really helping out, was not so sure about what she is mention starting but once you try it then you will figure it out yourself!

My problem is = I use IO to create the option for my customer to put in like, alternative contact, wording for the cake, candle and I use vendor option for faster implement instead of adding a tag to each product to have them show up.

I have a few product which doesn't require any option but I'm using Vendor option and they keep showing up, even using different product template without IO liquid code install in that theme they still showing up.

I have reach support for my question and i'm not sure about what kayla mention and go try it and found out is so easy.

All you have to do is put the option as below example:

Vendor
And
Tag

In this way, without the Tag, they will definitely not showing up. It took me awhile to understand. Sorry for that Kayla and you really help out a lot

HOLY CRAP - AWESOME!!! We have an ENORMOUS list of classes to bundle and sell at discounts but this guy just spent an hour on the phone with us and is making sure we are setup right and with everything we need!!! I paid the $20 white glove service and it was provided instantly - they also have training videos online which is extremely important. We were looking at another product which is hundreds of dollars per year between their $99.99 initial purchases, plus $20/month, plus coding/customization fees - and you can't even call them. You have to schedule a call with them and sometimes you have to talk over a "bridge" just to speak with this other app (yes - I know - ridiculous - how did they ever get customers?). I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Infinite Options app over other apps any day of the week. This app is FREE, has incredible service and well worth it because again, it's free. I even tried to offer them $$$ because they've obviously earned it but they refused. Amazing Amazing App & Peeps!!! And for the most important record of all, I don't WHY know Shopify doesn't recommend this app 1st (above the more expensive lesser service option they seem to push). Infinite Options is definitely THE BEST CHOICE for bundling, checklists, product offerings, etc. (and I think they just added class dates for me too wooohoooooo)!!!!! CeInstitute.com
