Infinite Options

I've been using infinite options for a while and I really like it. I recently purchased a shopify theme and my infinite options did not match my purchased theme, it looked very bad. I contacted infinite options and paid the $20 for a professional to help me with my code. A few days later I got emailed back, gave them access to my store and they quickly resolved my issue. 5 Star rating, will definitely use them again. I needed something to help with personalisation of certain products and I toyed with the idea of getting someone to do the code for my website.
But after reading reviews of Infinite Options, I decided to go with this App and I'm really pleased that I did.
Not only is it easy to understand (helped by the very useful videos and explanations) but the response from Infinite Options when I needed a bit of help was very good. I got the job done so quickly!
I would definitely recommend and thanks to Mandy and Anh for their lightning fast help!

I tried 3-4 apps for product variant and custom options, but everyone had a problem. One didn't work with discount coupons, another didn't open the cart tray and yet another didn't make it very intuitive on the cart page. I found Infinite Options to be really useful, and it takes care of all our needs as a modern store. Very simple user interface to add/edit options and works like a charm. We have been using this app for a while now, and it is an invaluable tool for our personalised gift shop! With Infinite Options, customers are able to easily leave details of the personalised text they would like and they can even leave additional notes. I had a query about re-formatting the style of the options to fit my product page, and Mandy contacted me straight away to help, and even fixed some other issues I hadn't even mentioned for me! The service is amazing - very helpful and friendly! Thank you to Mandy and the team - love this app, highly recommended!

Very impressed with the level of interest ShopPad customer support has for the end user! They went the extra mile to check with another app team if this would be compatible on my store even before I signed on! Installing the app was simple, but then I had some issues with the checkboxes not displaying in my theme. I reached out rather than just cutting the app. They had it all fixed within 30 minutes! That includes the email communication back and forth as well. Outstanding above average customer service! If you find yourself getting frustrated, just reach out. All fixed. One improvement on the app for the future would be the option for your customer to upload files for customization design. Thank you ShopPad! Upward and onward!

Paid the fee for professional installation. These folks were in constant communication every step of the way, got the install done the very next day, and were very helpful when we requested a couple further tweaks.

I would recommend this app without hesitation. There are some negative reviews about the install cost, but If $20 to have a programmer come in and customize this otherwise free app to your site is too high a price then you may not be ready to run a business. You'll pay 10x that just to get a freelancer to pick up the phone.

Update 5/30/19:
Purchased the conditional login upgrade the minute it came out. This update is fantastic and free of game-breaking glitches that the competition suffers from. I would recommend this upgrade in a heartbeat!

I would give this app 5 stars if not using it to adjust pricing. The problem with this app is that the option is hard coded to the product as soon as the item is added to the cart, but then if a customer removes the add-on item from the cart it still shows that the option is on the product level. We ended up having to call customers to determine if they wanted the upgraded option, and explain to them that they didn't pay for it. The add on also creates really goofy _io_order_group information if using the add-on item option which makes emails to customers, cart pages, and packing slips look goofy.

Customers removing the add on from the cart and expecting to receive it happens way more than we ever thought. We had to switch to a paid app which hides the cost so customers can't do this. Overall I would recommend this app if not wanting to use it to change prices. For free you can't go wrong!

Support staff was great whenever we called, but again the app just comes up short if trying to charge additional for certain options.

This is my favorite app on shopify and the support team is just ridiculously good for no reason I can figure out. It's a free app! They have no business being so good. Thank you thank you Anh!

It has worked well for me for two years and then all of a sudden just decided to stop working today when nothing has been changed; I have checked the code is correctly inserted for the theme and it is. Totally unreliable!!

Useless, its just a text filler this "infinite" thing, no live preview of color selection, or price selection on product page or anything for that matter. ITS JUST TEXT FILLER BOXES APP. Doesn't solve the lame 100 variant top of shopify, for ridiculous this is, it promises something it can´t deliver.
