Extremely awesome customer service! They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied. The most impressive quality is they respond quickly to issues and questions, I was stunned to receive an answer to my question on Thanksgiving Day, as well as a resolution to my problem. This app what exactly what I was looking for. A simple way to add custom forms for different Shopify products. It has all the custom options you should need in a simple to use interface. The customer service it outstanding. I gave them access to my admin and they were able to add in some functionality for my theme within two business days.

I used this app to provide my customers with over 100 options for a product. It works like a dream, and when I had some formatting issues Shopify quickly put in contact with their support team who fixed the issues within a few minutes. So happy with the support and efficiency of the app. Would recommend to anyone who sells custom product.

This app works very well, allows us to create product combinations very easily and allow to increase the average order value (AOV). It would be great that when adding the selected products to the cart, consider if there is already a product with that ID increase the quantity instead of adding another different entry. I highly recommend it!

Best app. Best service. I've reached out to their support a million times, and each time I get courteous, helpful and thorough assistance. This app is truly flexible and can be used in a million ways. Our store has many different variant combinations, which is difficult to offer bundles via Shopify alone. This app makes it a total breeze.

Brilliant app that allows you to add literally infinite number of options to your listings.
However; one point it falls down on for me and where it loses a star rating is that it doesn't allow you to set varying prices or SKUs for all of the different options in an option set. If this feature could be added, it would be absolutely perfect.

Works great. Combined with Easy Reports I'm able to collect and report the information that I need. See I run a Summer Camp. Most people do not need to list the names of everyone who bought a particular item. Infinite Options makes it possible for me to collect information like name and age for each camper.

Customer service is great also

Easy to use overall. I was able to create color swatches by watching and reading the tutorials. I had some issues with css code when I wanted to add text with hover to the color swatches. I contacted the team and Matt responded and helped me solving the problem quickly. He also recommended another app when I inquired about some other needs.

The app is awesome. Saves us a lot of time contacting customers asking how they want to personalize their gifts, and they are loving it because they aren't confused anymore. I got the "expert install service" and Logan was super helpful, quick to respond and is still providing amazing support on some questions I have. Definitely get this app!

This App works perfectly for me as I need to get Names & Dates from my customers to personalise their orders. The text boxes appear clearly on the product pages. The information comes in clearly to me with the order. With the help of the support team it was easy to set up. The App itself is very easy to use & manage.
