Infinite Options

I needed help adjusting the format of this app so that it would fit in with the style of my page. Jordin was so helpful and managed to make it look better than I could ever have imagined in about 5 minutes! Thank you so much.

I 100% recommend and wish I had got this app sooner! Great value for money.

Incredible customer service. I use this app for different use cases within our site and I was totally stumped on how to do something I really wanted to see happen. The team stepped in and took care of me. If paying for this app turns you off, don't let that be the case. Quality is worth a nominal fee!

I have used the app to capture additional fields that I could not otherwise capture through shopify. It has been very helpful as has the customer service. I am still working through integrating some reporting between this captured data and shopify captured data. If I can do that it will be a home run.

The app itself is great, but the customer service experience has been INFINITELY better! (see what I did there?!?) I was having trouble adding the correct code to make the options show on the invoice through Order Print. Matt came in like a superhero and didn't stop till he saved the day!

THANK YOU!!!

Works quite well, I use it on several of my products to choose color and add-on options. It would be better if I could require some menus to have a selection, right now if a user doesn't happen to choose a color I have to email them and ask what they want because the software won't force them to choose.

I used this app to create multiple variants for my product. The app is easy to use. What impress me most is the tech support by the app. They are super efficient, polite, and try to help in all ways for me to create the effect that i need. Special thanks to Anh from ShopPad! You have been a great help!

This app is great and does exactly what it says it will do. I required support and they were speedy to get back to me. Their help was fantastic and not only did they solve the problem but they altered the speed of the upload of personalisation fields that it's running even better than I imagined. Thanks!

Awesome Support. We have been using this app for many months. The support has been very friendly and fast each time assistance is required. It works without any flaws. The Conditional Logic for Bundles is a great feature giving this app an extra boost of Brains. Hope to see more additional features soon.

I use the app to accept personalization text and parameters for my products. I like the tag-based field assignments. I have also had an opportunity to use their support and I must say that I hardly remember any other business where the response was so swift. Definitely an app/team worthy of working with.

Shoppad and Infinite Options are both exceptional. The product and the customer service was outstanding. Any question I had was answered immediately and professionally. I can already see a difference in my sales! Thank you so much for offering this service to small businesses!
