The service is unreal! I couldn't solve something, so they spent the time developing a solution to work for my site. Highly recommended.
Hello. I have already installed the app, but I did not understand how to configure it or to bundle my products on store. Can you help me?
Hi Marcelo,
We would be happy answer your questions about bundling products. We are available via phone at 888.735.3133 or live chat directly on your Infinite Options dashboard where we set up examples and help walk you through how to get started.
We also have this video guide and document that will take you through creating bundles: https://docs.theshoppad.com/article/423-create-product-bundles
We look forward to speaking to you soon,
-Annette (Director of Customer Success)
So pleased with this app. It's straightforward to use and when I had a question, the team jumped on it and went out of their way to help.
Fast and very easy to work with. Appreciate their help and quick fix. Used other Product Options but Infinite is easier & less expensive.
The app works great and the support is 2nd to none! It was super easy to learn the features, plus they have very helpful training videos.
