I liked the old version better
Really appreciate you sharing this. It sounds like the old layout worked better for how you had things set up, and I'd love to understand more about that. We've sent you a direct email to dig into the details and see how we can make this right, whether that's a workaround now or a change down the road. Thanks again for the feedback, it helps us build a better Infinite Options!
way better than before
So glad you're enjoying the new updates! 😎
I like the old layout!!
Thanks so much for the rating and for letting us know! We hear you, change can be tricky, especially when you've gotten used to a layout that just works for you. We're always refining things to improve the experience over time, but we really appreciate this kind of feedback since it helps us know what mattered to people in the older version. If there's anything specific about the old layout you preferred, we'd love to hear it, feel free to reach out anytime!
Tedious
Thanks for taking the time to leave a rating! We're sorry to hear parts of the experience felt tedious, that's not what we're going for. If you're open to sharing more details, we'd love to hear what could've been smoother so we can improve. Feel free to reach out anytime!
awesome customer support staff.
Thank you so much for the kind words! We're glad our support team could take great care of you, that means a lot to us. We really appreciate you taking a moment to share your feedback!
Always a pleasure working with the team of this app! They respond to my emails before end of day with the solution to my request! I've used them for 2 of my websites now! Will continue to use for product option integrations!
Two websites and counting - we love it! So glad the team has been delivering for you. Thanks for the kind words and continued support!
Pricing on option values are not reflecting price changes. You have to go in and do it manually.
Sorry to hear that's been causing extra work! Reach out to our support team and we'll get it sorted for you.
Great app to work with. Easy to use!
Easy to use is exactly what we're going for! Thanks for the 5 stars.
This app is great for allowing an infinite number of combinations on products. The only complaint I have is how that data is translated on the back end in packing slips or receipts. It is not always easy for people to understand, and can be frustrating to make sure you get the right thing depending on how the options are laid out on the packing slip. Support is great and responsive, and the interface is easy to set up. If you do get suck and support is offline, the help documents and videos have been able to fill the gap when needed for me. I haven't come across something I couldn't do with a little support and the help documents.
Thanks for the honest feedback! Glad support and the help docs have been able to fill the gap. The packing slip formatting is something we'd love to improve, so we appreciate you flagging it!
