I removed this app from my website & cancelled the subscription & they are STILL taking payments!!... it's a nightmare.

Love this product, its great to use and simple to understand. The customer support is excellent : ).

it stopped working at some point and threw off my whole site but its fixed now

Great support from Daniel. I couldn't get my head around setting up a particular option set and his help was greatly appreciated!

It's handling several things I needed to move forward with my online sales. I'm not a sophisticated website creator, so it's a little more difficult than some of the Shopify click and type stuff.

The app itself is very confusing in all its layers... but customer service was helpful.

Excellent support! The team was responsive, helpful, and resolved my issue quickly. Highly recommend!

really quick to setup and use, and if u have any problems they help you really effectively and fast, Emily F. helped me a lot

Any time I have contacted Infinite Product Options Emily has always replied quickly, given me the answer right away, escalated my question if needed and then helped by making improvements to load speed, CSS etc with out being asked. Wonderful service!! Thanks Emily!
