Not a tech nerd? No problem. This app is extremely user friendly and you can set it up in very little time. It has saved us hours of time because we no longer have to reach out to the customer about custom details — they simply enter the info through the data option sets created by this app.
If you offer custom items, this app is a must-have.
Very pleased and I’ve had the app for 6 years now and have no intention of uninstalling it.
The app installs easily and is easy to navigate through. I had some changes I wanted made and used their AI assistant and it worked amazingly well. Truly one of the best type of those experiences I have had. What I wanted was fixed, but a day later a person reached out, said they reviewed my conversation with the bot, and continued to make some suggestions and improvements. Highly recommend!
